Cello Teacher

I have been teaching private cello lessons since 2001 to beginning, intermediate, and advanced students.  During cello lessons students learn scales, etudes, and traditional solo repertoire.  Students also have the opportunity to perform in a yearly recital.  My main goal as a teacher is to develop a love of music within the student, and to support the student in whatever pathway they want to pursue through individualized instruction.
 
I earned my Bachelors Degree in Cello Performance from the University of Northern Colorado, and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Regis University of Denver.  I am a National Boards Certified teacher in Elementary Music with an emphasis in vocal performance.
